I am completely into music. It’s like bread or oxygen. You can’t deal without it. You just live with it. Learning, working, travelling, relaxing…everything happens while music is around.
I have been to hundreds of shows around Europe. Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Scotland, England and of course countless times in Poland. Seriously, sometimes I go to gigs 3-4 times a week. And I am sure I’ve been more times to the shows than pubs, bars or discos.
From time to time I take pictures at the shows. You can check the photographies out at http://www.allxages.com. Errr, sorry I don’t update it too often.
Also, I love vinyl records. I buy a lot of them. And I love analog sound. Old school with a soul.
I guess, this everything happens because of my father. When I was a baby, he used to look after me and while carrying me around a room, we listened to Pink Floyd (or from time to time stuff like Deep Purple or Black Sabath) vinyls. I am sure I owe the music passion to my father.
I decided to thank for this and I gave him tickets for the Roger Waters (Pink Floyd) show in Łódź, Poland. He was completely surprised and moved. He dreamed about seeing Pink Floyd for his entire life. And suddenly dreams came true. I was so happy to see his happiness.
Thankfully he invited me to the show as I gave him 2 tickets. The show took place exactly a year ago and pictures below are a part of my memoir which I would like to share with you about this event. This was one of the best shows I have ever seen.
Thank you dad for being my dad.
